Special Orders
Special orders only require half down when placing the order.
Special order returns or cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The standard time for most special orders are 6-8 weeks from the time we place the order with a vendor to the time we receive the products. This is an estimated time, sometimes it can be longer.
Delivery
Customers that wish to pick up their furniture can do so free of charge, we just ask that you call at least two hours ahead of time .
Delivery is a service we offer for a slight fee. Our Brandon House Staff will deliver and set up your new furniture. We do ask you to have an empty space to place your furniture. We will call your home or cell phone when making deliveries. If no one answers we’ll not attempt to make your delivery. Please call us back and reschedule your delivery.
